We are looking at purchasing a 1998 Coromal Magnum 380 (off road). It has only one push-out bed which suits our needs very well and only sleeps 4.

So the question is, why are the Magnums more expensive than a similar year Jaco Dove which is similar in size etc.

I believe it's like comparing a Honda to a Daewoo; one's better made in the first place but the cheaper one still does the job!

We had on old Jayco Songbird and it was fine. I knew I wasn't buying a 'Honda' so the gaps here and there weren't a shock.

Mark.

Hi Brian,

Although a rather unqualified opinion andbased on heresay alone during caravan park conversations...the comments I have heard suggest that the Coramal ae a better built van.

I will expect to now be stoned by a thousand satisfied Jayco owners...;-)
