I have been trying to get this function up and running on my iPhone and on my profile. I have sent and email, and asked for help on the Eotrackme
forum. This is my last attempt to get it going before I delete the app.
I am unable to register my "device" - and iPhone on my profile page. I have very carefully set up the iPhone as per the instructions (in fact I think I can recite the setup verbatim without looking at the setup page) - I think I have made no mistakes. The uTracke app when loading asks to "Please register this device on your profile page".

What do I have to do to make this work? Not getting any replies to the email is also frustrating...

I think David has to manually register it for you, going by previous threads on this subject.

I thought that might be the case, but getting someone to reply is the problem. Maybe they are on holidays (lucky sods)?

Where have you sent an email? - I have not received one from you nor have any been received in the info in box. Anyway The system is telling you to go to your profile page which is in the link under your signature in the
forum and available in the
My Home links called My Profile - your profile is
http://www.exploroz.com/Members/165016.75/MyProfile.aspx and you go to this page and finalise the set-up of your device and all will be working correctly.
Can you please tell me what email address you have been sending email to?

Interesting - I just went to your profile page and your device is not available to be registered. So I just checked the databases and I think you have entered a Member Number of M1234 instead of your actual member id - could this be the case? If so this is the reason it is not registering - I checked the
membership system and member 1234 is expired so I have changed the M1234 to be your correct member number and now the map is working on your profile page so try doing the register and send some more data and make sure the last seen time increases on your profile page.

David - I think I have ended up in a kill file somewhere - I have sent another email, no response. I am going to try another account, see what happens there.
