They are available from the
shop on this site at pretty close to the best price. By trhe time you've driven
Adelaide around etc these are the cheapest retail in Oz. Ebay are cheaper but you have the problem of customs fees and GST etc. I just bought a GPS 330 for $160 US, but there is always the chance of things going wrong with ebay purchases.
A friend showed me his colour sport trak and it is certainly an impressive unit. The colour makes it a bit more legible. As I only use
mine to plug into the laptop I decided monochrome was adequate.Bob

I purchased one a couple of months ago via Ebay, colour unit with 128 meg SD card with all states and tracks, cost $900.00. Had to purchase mounting bracket, all accessories are expensive. Disadvantage is that with SD card I cannot back load info into my laptop from GPS. I have since purchased Bluenav CD at the
Melbourne 4X4 show, expoensive but good. Colour unit I woul not purchase again as it chews through the batteries and without backlighting its very hard to read. Purchase base model (Yellow) will will have Americal base mapping, purchase via ozexplorer Streets and tracks Cd, together with a 128 SD card which will take all states mappoing volume and you have the best option.
