We have just returned from Arkaroola/Innaminka/
Corner country our first real outback adventure. Thanks to Ivor and wife at Innaminka tyre & auto for the great service and peace of mind they gave us. No problems on way
home but I think those toyota studs held the Rodeo back.We had a wonderful time and can recommend Arkaroola Innaminka and Peter the welcoming publican of the family hotel Tiboburra. Cheers Chad &Lyn.

G'day Andrew
We spent 4 nights at Arkaroola, could easily spend more. Magestic scenery and 20 4wd tracks.A destination you do need 4wd to get to most recommended points of interest. The facillities were good -we camped -for the time we were there but another amenities block would be good.
Innaminka we camped at Cullyamurra
water hole for 5 nights excellent camping, good fishing. We avoided school hols to have a relaxing kick back time together and our time there gave us that.
Coongie lakes was probably the disappointment of our trip, possibly because of my expectations. We spent 2 nights there and although its scenic we were hoping for more bird life, may be right place wrong time.
Camerons Corner take a picture and open the
gate to NSW.
Tiboburra if you have come this far it would be a shame not to see the paintings on the walls of the family hotel by a few of our greatest artists - Pugh, Drysdale I know little about art but that did not stop us from soaking up the atmosphere.
Other than the tracks at Arkaroola and a bit at
Coongie Lakes all driving was done in 2wd
Highlights Arkaroola -Scenery
