Theres a place called kerry about 20 min south of beaudesert, a really pretty spot on the creek, pets welcome and fires there also, theres also a kiosk too, it will be very quiet there this weekend and plenty of room.
Toilets but no showers from memory.

Sharp park near canungra is the same criteria as above, top spot.

Hopefully not too far away.

Dog friendly parks can be a little hard to find.

Cheers wayne

How far is not too far away?

is Inskip Point too far??? OK with the van and dog but no showers provided.
Is John's Landing on the Noosa Rv too far?
Or possibly inland toward Chinchilla Wier but I am not sure how this faired during the floods and whether it is even open for camping at the moment.
Boondoma Dam is another nice spot.
If things have been cleaned up you could also try Borumba Deer Park near Imbil, full caravan park facilities with a usually nice creek down the bottom (however a few weeks back it looked like a war zone after the floods down at creek level).

This should get you out of the weekend mowing for a few weeks anyway :-))
Enjoy,
Trevor.

Flannagans Reserve, near Mount Barney is supposed to be really good too have been meaning to get up there and have a look but not yet got round to it. A mate drove up for the day recently and said we have to go as its real good.

As someone else said - Flanagans Reserve (out of Boonah) is pretty nice, then you have Moogerah Lake CP - Boonah itself - showgrounds CP - Rosewood - around Beaudesert - anywhere at all in The Scenic Rim is pretty nice - though I am a bit biased.
