Surely Member Messages should be in 'My Home" I can find absolutely no reference or link to them.
What is the secret?

They are if you have any in there ;)

Member Messages only stay in your member profile for 48 hours once you have read them :)

Maybe David can change the length a message is no stored seeing as the server upgrade has taken place ;)

Cheers Kev

yes that would be a big improvment to the site to compliment all the other improvments, it is working really well now ....
I think you can save them to e mail or something but would be nice to contain then within the site as they are (well mine) relevant to the site .....
Lcool have a good system :-)

Agreed, re your take on the logic of good communication Shaker .....I know we've been advised on the protocol, but an empty box is self explanatory forever, while no box can leave us wracked with doubt at times :-o)...... (most of us would be happier I'm sure with an empty box when nobody sends us messages - that way we at least have something).

Thansk everybody.
I still can't understand the logic of the box just disappearing!
I didn't realise that the mesages were automatically deleted after 48 hours, most sites allow an amount of messages & it is up to the user to maintain their own message box.
