Hi Gymp

You haven't given much idea of your problem here - but remember you can always just run your car for 1/2 hour per day to re-charge.

There's plenty of solar power solutions to be found on google & ebay.
Keeping it simple is the key. You need a solar panel to charge a 12v car battery during the day. Use the battery to power your lights, etc at night!
When buying a solar panel, make sure it comes with a regulator, that is what charges your 12v battery.

Good luck

No, a Solar Panel connected to a battery puts in as much charge, as going via a non-MPPT Regulator.

The Regulator stops the battery being charged once it's full, to avoid damage to the battery.

If you're prepared to regularly check battery voltage, you can get by without a Regulator
