National Towing Guide

I'm surprised that no-one has provided some positive feedback to this post before now. (I am generally slow to respond and others have already said what I intend to post.)
I have requested a copy of the publication and I am sure everyone would benefit having all the relevant information in one document.

Very good publication for those starting out in towing. However, this is not a new publication (perhaps new on the web though)

I have had this publication for about 3 years - including an updated version in 2009.
