When was the TX4200 discontinued please? I have the chance to buy a second hand one. Are they a good unit?
Thanks,
Dave

Dave, unfortunately the TX4200 is discontinued, it has been replaced by GME TX4400. I am particularly fond of the TX4200 after cutting the teeth on a TX4000, which is also a good unit.
I have never used a TX4400, having only purchsed my TX4200 about three years ago.
The only hard part with a TX4000 and TX4200 is when you alternate between two vehicles having one of each, my old TX4000 went into mums Jack, the buttons and front fascia are all the same, however a couple of the buttons do slightly different things on each respective set.

Cheers,

Dion.
