deisel is 166 plus at the big servo just as you come into cooper pedy its always more exspensive there bye barry

Not trying to be a smart but it's Coober Pedy not Cooper Pedy.
Sorry, might just be me but this is a common mistake that bugs me.

Well of course the aboriginal used no letters at all as their language is only phonetic and not written. The europeans translated what they heard, or thought they heard, into written words and often did not get it quite right.
The sounds P and B are very similar in sound and with the aboriginal guttural or throaty voicing the europeans often assigned the perhaps "wrong" letter.

So maybe "Cooper" would have been closer after all! LOL

Left Cairns on Sunday and it was 155.9.

Filled up at Ingham on Sunday arvo and with the 4c discount it was 140.9.

Next stop was Hughenden on Monday at 153.9.

Not Bad price all around, considering its 158.0 at Barham in NSW and thats only over the border from vic, always dear here though.
