New Van, Great Service

G'day All, I just thought I would share some great service recieved, as we are all quick to bag a company, we should be just as quick to appreciate the good..
Serena and I just picked up our new Roadstar limited edition, from Albany Toyota, and the service could not have been any better. From the Pre sales, with emails and phonecalls floating back and forth, always making sure we had enough info, and keeping us updated with delivery once we decided to purchase. Then They delivered it to a powered site for us at a local caravan park, and helped us get set up, then spent a good couple of hours with us going over how everything works, and making sure everything was right. The fella that was helping us then came back each day over the next few days to make sure everything was ok, and then even helped us out when we were about to leave town and our battery in the Toyota died. I would highly reccomend them to anybody that is looking at a new Van.
In our whole search for new vans and Camper trailers we had great diffucluty getting prices, information, and anything other than a brochure in the mail, this mob really were the stand out and really helped our decision from day one.
