G'day
I have a 57l Engel Combi that has been fantastic for the last 10 - 12 years. I have just noticed that the thermostatically controlled cooling fan between the fridge and freezer has stopped working. There is power to the thermostat, and from the thermostat to the fan, but still the fan dosent work. The fan is 24v .15amp. Does anyone know where I can source one from? There was a post on here back in 2008 about a similar problem (Muddie - had the exact problem with the same fridge, but at that stage didnt know where to source the fan (apparently Engel wanted over $100 for the complete fan / divider etc)).

Thanks for any help

Drew

Hi Drew
I had a similar problem with my 60L a couple of years back. I got two 12 v fans from old computer power supplies and wired them in series. Need to modify the mounting arrangements but no real problem. Still in fridge, still working.
Hope this helps
cheers
