Excellent Service and product backup

Hi everyone,

I just recently bought a reversing camera kit for the car and caravan from Derek Bester at ABR, also known as Sidewinder or Affordable Batteries.

At the time of purchase, I asked him if it was possible to separate the caravan part from the kit and post it direct to my van manufacturer. This was not a problem and was duly done.

I fitted the car part of the kit and all worked well for 2 days, then the monitor stopped working. After a little bit of troubleshooting, I determined that the monitor was faulty and contacted Derek. In no time an RA was issued and the faulty part sent back. Three days later, I received a message that new monitor was on its way back and today it turned up. It is now all fitted and working well.

Derek, thanks for the quick efficient service and backup of the products you sell.
