Yes disco driver, we are
well aware of that, and as you say, good sense on their part, maybe, however we thought maybe a warning to cross at your own risk would suffice, and if they were that worried get people to
sign a disclaimer, not tell us that the
water would be about 1/2 a metre deep at low tide when it was obvious the sandbar was stopping the
water from going across anyway.
The thing is, most of us would take responsibility for what ever we did anyway, and that's the way it should be, that to me would be where the common sense lies, not telling porkies. We nearly never went to Yardi
Creek at all, glad we did albeit we didn't bother crossing this time, that's on the list for next year (so long as that sandbar is still there ) LOL
