No chance no rivers or creeks drain into the lake all water from up north goes
into Lake Eyre

Barry
Go to Dry Lakes Racers Australia web page. I think it is www.dlra.org.au
The lake has been flooded out on a number of years.
Have been a few times, and had a great time.

We visited the lake and racing
campsite and shed setup last August ( c/o Mt Ive station who have the keys) and it was a great sight and eerily quiet. We were sitting under the verandah of the main shed having a quiet beer just imagining what it would be like on the race weekend. It is great place to visit wether the cars are there or not IMO.
