can anyone point me in the right direction to purchase a bonnet protector "CLIP" (plastic) ?
I have tried several local 4x4 stores however no one seems to able to sell me just a clip I am happy to purchase a larger quantity if necessary.

Hi draw,
I had someone pinch two of ours a coupe of years ago, rang the local Toyota dealer, told me I would have to buy a new bonett protector @$110.00, what the?. Rang the two dealers north and south of us, yeah, no problems, drop in and see the guys at the work shop, they have a tin full of them, kids pinch them or they pop off. Dropped into the Ballina dealer on the way to the out-laws, they gave me a hand full of them.
Depends who you talk to I guess.
Give the company that makes your brand a ring.

Thanks for that advise, it is an after market protector so I did not go to a dealer however I will give them a try.

Hi Draw

I have a genuine Toyota bonnet protector and managed to pick up a replacement clip at my local car spare parts shop. You should give your local shop a try.
