I purchased a 600w inverter from ABR Sidewinder back in May 2011 and have been really happy with it, until it decided to 'give up the ghost' 2 weeks ago. Obviously it was close to the 12 month garrantee period but i sent an Email to Derek asking if it could be returned and repaired.
He replied within the hour stating that they do not have the facilities to repair that item and said that I should give him my address an he would despatch a replacement at no cost to me It arrived two days later by Express Post no less.
I would like to thank ABR Sidewinder publicly for their prompt action. It's nice to see this level of service from an ExploroZ supplier/advertiser.
