Hi
I am planning a trip from the East Coast across to the
Kimberley commencing mid-June. Would any member have up-to-date info on the above 3 tracks? My vehicle (Toyota Prado D4D) and camper-trailer (KK) are set up for outback, off-road travel but with recent weather conditions across the Continent, road conditions keep changing and "fore-armed is fore-warned". Comments from recent travellers on these tracks would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers, Mal

Hi Mal,
if you have any trouble getting info you could give the Police at
Boulia and
Alice Springs a call. The local Police usually have a good idea about what going on with road conditions - they don't want to have to rescue you or feed you from a helicopter.
I'm pretty sure The
Gibb River Road is open for business right throught o
Kalumburu now.
Hoo roo,
Steve
