Pooncarie

Pooncarie is a pretty township on the Darling River,between Wentworth and Menindee. Originally gazetted as ‘Pooncaira' in 1863, the area was first 'established' by Europeans in the 1840's as settlers

As per a recent post - I am hoping to travel to Pooncarrie in July.
Does anyone have an email address of the pub there - or a phone no. at least?

I have never even heard of the place. I typed in pooncarrie, pressed enter and found heaps of info.
EO is not google.

Josh, I have been using the Internet since 1995. I DID a search and sent an email to the address listed.
'Address unknown' was the response.

I just rang the number I posted here and got the pooncarrie pub. Wasn't that what you asked for. An email or ohone number.
I was just saying if you type in pooncarrie all the info I posted was available.

I think sometimes ExplorOz is like Google, just a different way of getting info back, a lttlie more old fashioned.

Josh.... he preferred to email then to call.

I would of thought if you can't get through with email then telephoning them would of been a good option...... obviously not.

Some find it easier to ask a question then to find it them selves.
