EOTrackMe Commnication issues

G'day. I've recently installed the EOTrackMe software onto my IPad, and registered same on this website. The system seemed to work fine for the first day, with my track being logged and appearing on the ExplorOz website. However, that was several days ago now, and since then, the
track logs do not seem to be updating as expected. I've checked my settings, and they seem to be OK, and I have ensured that the 'background logging' function is enabled. I get the following error message when I
check the error log on UTrackMe HD '2012-06-20 06:39:45 +0000 [critical] Sending data to server failed (500 - "Server Error")'. I'm sure it's something simple, but could anyone give me some advice as to how to rectify? Thanks in anticipation.
