Hi,
In my opinion the Sun Visor is very effective and is a must for anyone either contemplating or to add to an existing Hema. The unit is sturdy and fits the Hema perfectly.

I would fully agree with the above - they really do work and stop most of the reflections from strong sun.
Just make sure you get the 6" version as the smaller one is useless for this GPS.
