So over the past 6 months I've asked plenty of questions on these forums (I'm sure my ignorance annoyed a few of you). Anyways just thought id say thanks to everyone and let you know the purchases I made based on the advice I received on these forums.
140w solar panels from bit deals
Replaced the regulator with an MPPT tracer from batteryvalue which I mounted on the battery box
Replaced cabling with 10m of 6mm2 cable all wired up with Anderson plugs
130ah agm deep cycle battery from all purpose batteries in marine battery box
Ctek 15amp charger
Evakool 47l fibreglass fridge/freezer
Haven't had a chance to try it all out camping just yet but Im very excited to give it all a try!
Anyways, thanks to everyone here I'm happy with the purchases I made, thank you all very much.

Well done Simon, looks like you are on the money with that lot.
