I have a 2010 Patrol 3.0,70k on clock am going on trip mid sept.
Will be towing a Camel off road Bushman.
Plan Bris to Innaminka- Flinders Ranges-Lake Eyre-Birdsville-Brisbane.
If anyone could recomend a good service centre I would be very thankful.
Any info on road conditions and must see or stay would be welcome

I havn't used them in a few years as they are a bit far from home, but Motsons at Coopers Plains seemed to be very good, if a little pricey. They used to service my previous patrol. I am sure you will get other suggestions.

I've used Motson's a couple of times on my 4.2TDi Patrol....very happy , but a little pricey. You get what you pay for I guess.
Safe travelling.

Anthony at Buranda automotive is my suggestion. He is a nissan/toyota man who knows what to look for.
If it's quality you're after, he's your man. If its just a cheap price you want, don't waste the phone call.

2010 patrol with 70,000k's on it? Isn't it still under warranty?

Just take it to a reputable service centre, even a Nissan stealer...oops! I mean dealer...and keep your warranty squeaky clean.

I don't want to bag out the 3.0tdi because I had one and loved it...BUT...look after your warranty because you never know it's gunna go...BOOM!

Sorry, not having a go, just don't give Mr Nissan any excuse to void the warranty if needed.

They will look for reasons not to pay up.

Happy travels.

Have used Noel's Progress Road Pitstop at Wacol for both tyres and mechanial work and very happy with them. Reasonable prices, great service.
