What are the requirements foe these signs on a 18 Foot van

there is a min combined leangth that these signs are able to be filled to.
I do not recall at this stage but my van and tug are way over it.
see the
pic. van is 22 and tug is a 250
do a google search for the requirements

They are only a legal requirement on heavy vehicles i.e. Trucks exceeeding 12 tonnes GVM and trailers exceeding 10 tonnes ATM (and any trailer towed by a heavy vehicle that requires Rear Marker Plates) They are only permitted on light vehicles that exceed the minimum length specified in VSB12 and then they must be fitted to the left rear.
