Logan River Parklands

Hi, someone has told me that you can free camp for a maximum of 24 hrs at the Logan River Parklands (http://www.logan.qld.gov.au/facilities-and-recreation/parks/parks-directory/logan-river-parklands)

Can anyone confirm this. We just need to overnight there if possible.

Cheers,

Cruiser

G'day Cruiser

I had a look today for you. No camping signs aplenty and gates that are shut 7pm to 6am. There is a large car park for a boat ramp on the other side of the highway but judging by the burnout marks on the bitumen it probably would not be the place to be after dark. Probably the best places would be to try the Beenleigh showgrounds. Won't be free but I am sure it would be your cheapest local option.

Thanks for that Rob. I will look into the showground option.

I did email the council but typical of government, no reply.
