Hi All

We have some "newbies" staying with us and they head off for the Gibb tomorrow in a hired Pajero. Can anyone provide a road condition report please?

Thanks

Lyndon

Hi Lyndon

Not too sure about the GRR

BUT

will the hire people allow their Paj on this road??
May be a good idea to check the hire conditions.

most hire companies hardly even allow their vehicles in dirt roads

got back 3 days ago from the GRR.
It was rough, more so now then when i did it in May/June.
Much to my surprise the road is almost sealed from the GRR turn off to El Questro. Just a few more KM to do.

Including going to Mitchell Falls as you have to turn off the GRR & go on the Kalumburu Road to get into the falls I done a tad over 1000km.
Once you go in & out of the stations, go to Tunnel creek etc the km just tick over & over with out realizing it.
I can give you a link to pictures if you want.
Cheers
Regards Matthew.
