Fitting Mobile Phone Hands Free in Forester

I have just bought a new my04 Subaru XS Forester and want to fit the following.
A Sony Ericsson Advanced Car Hands free HCA-20 with a Music Mute cable HCE-16.
I am getting an auto elect to do the install, however, Subaru say that the radio does not have a ISO connection and it can't be done. I have seen articles on the web (UK) where a autolead and adapter can be used to connect the car speakers to the hands free black box. Does anyone know anything about installing this and where is the best place to put the phone holder?? (without drilling if possible) The auto elect in town has never installed one of these kits in a XS Forester. Thanks in advance
