Located about 35 km along the Diamantina Developmental Road a
well defined
sign posted track provides access to a group of partly vegetated
sand dunes which give a fore taste of what is to come as the traveller ventures further west.
There is adequate
parking area but no other facilities. The dunes are easily accessible and provide for an easy climb and photo opportunities.
