The Aboriginal owned Carson River Station has no food, fuel, mechanical
services or visitors facilities, however because it contains the only access to the
Drysdale River National Park, some visitors will wish to gain access via this property. The
Drysdale River National Park has no vehicle tracks but provides excellent wilderness observation opportunities.
The Carson River Station contains one
camping area called Bulldust Yards, but this is found at the start of the walk trail to
Drysdale River National Park (end vehicle access). To gain access you must collect a permit and pay an access fee to to
Kalumburu Aborignal Community before entering. No dogs.
