I am an exceptionally lucky husband to Kay and father of two, Janet & Gareth and we have the great fortune to be connected to wonderful family and friends all over the World.
Born in the Blue Mountains, son of an Army Officer, spent the early years in
Melbourne and
Canberra until my Father left the Army and moved to
Brisbane. Spending my Primary School days at Duntroon Public School and High School at Everton Park – I joined the Navy at the age of 16 to complete an apprenticeship and have been nomadic ever since.
Traveling to see much of the world through a 23 year Naval Career, and ongoing Industry experience, seeing also a great deal of Australia, I shall never tire of the magnificent Australian Bush and Coastline.
My intention is to continually explore new
places while my health allows - meet more wonderful people as a committed Rotarian doing good in the World
