Bought this for my 12yr old daughter before Xmas and she thoroughly studied it so we decided to get her the whole kit for Xmas. Bob is a great teacher and his passion for helping others realise that in order to save your life there's a few simple things to be mastered such as keeping a level head and focussing on the basics. This books helps you to understand what those basic needs are helps you understand that your biggest risk is the mistakes we make when we panic. Bob seeks to helps us understand and trust that we don't need to panic and that a few simple things can keep you alive until help comes.
