Just located a supply of 2 year expiry Sim Cards.
My provider bought a quantity just before they were withdrawn from supply.
They are 50 unit $130 and 100 unit $210 and will expire December 2014.

shop around and opt for a prepaid SIM from another supplier you're going to have to pay for the SIM as
well as the unit credits, and you'll get a new number.
