uploading video to forum

could any one help me to up load a video to the forum , taken from car action /crash camera .
I tried but too large ...I think !!!

I have a video 106,554 KB and only want to up load the last bit of it ,I don't know if this is easy for a novice ..

Currently ExplorOz supports embedding video that is published in either Youtube or Vimeo. So firstly you need to upload to one of these services and then embed the video into the forum via the Embed Video button located on the entry page.

You will need to use a video editing program to do this. If you are using a windows based computer, you should have a copy of Windows Movie Maker installed. This wioll allow you to drag the video clip in and trim it then save it as a clip. The file type will also influence this. It's probably an Mpeg or similar if coming from a car camera so it should be right.

Movie maker is pretty easy to get the hang of (if I can do it, anyone can lol). Once saved, you'll need to upload the clip to Vimeo or Youtube then you can embed it in a forum post or blog.
