Hi All, as usual we've left it too late to book and wondered if anyone knows where we could get a powered van site for the
easter break, just to make it harder we've a Jack Russell that insists on coming along (love her really) north or south of
Perth would be great,
Cheers,
Danda

it is never to late except if you are fussy where you go. Coastal strip right around from noth of
perth to
albany will be busy.
Several years ago i tried to go to Dwellingup at
easter - i should have known better but i was determined not to go
home and continued inland. Spent all of
easter at the Williams Caravan park. No problems getting in there.
Try some of the towns slightly inland, such as
Gin Gin,
Bindoon, Williams etc, most of these are then only a short drive to
the beach.

Ten to one says you would get in to
Corrigin. Great little clean town for a restful few days.

Try or coronation beach north of
Geraldton, coronation is not so
well known yet but it is dog friendly or at least it was a couple of years ago when we got there looking for a site for the
Easter break

Sorry to contradict you Broodie but Coronation Beach is really
well known these days and the likelyhood of the "full" sign being up on the highway is extremely high. It is also unpowdered.
I did note you wanted a powered camping site but if unpowered is doable you could try
Lucky Bay which is between
Northampton and
Kalbarri - will be busy during
easter (always is) but there is always room and it is a fantastic spot on the coast. Another place you could do is "fig tree" on Chapman Valley road just outside of
Geraldton again no power or
Ellendale Pool - the river is still looking good up there (no power). Not a lot of help on the powered sites sorry but throwing a few ideas around for you.

places of interests...coastal or the dams etc?
