I posted this before but to give some more detail-
We would welcome anyone interested in doing parts of this trip.
Specificaly looking for someone to do the
Bore track with, and the Simpson.

It looks like our TRAVEL COMPANIONS will have had to pull out of our trip of a lifetime, but we are still committed to go. We are looking for anyone who may be interested in doing all or part of our trip with us.

April 14 to 16
Windorah to Innaminka and
the Dig Tree via Arrabury Road
16 to 18 April Innaminka to Camerons Corner via
Bore Track
19 to 21 April Stzeleki to Maree
22 April MAree to Lake Eyre
24 April Lake Eyre to
Coober Pedy Oodnadatta Track
25 April - 27 April
Coober Pedy to
Kulgera via
Oodnadatta track
28 April- 30 April
Kulgera to Finke to
Chambers Pillar
30 April to 3 April
Chambers Pillar to
Dalhousie Springs
5 April to 10 April Simpson via French Line,
Rig Road, Knols track etc to
Birdsville
As ever desert TRAVELler would know, dates are flexible, but they are there to give you some idea of timing should you wish to just do part/s of the trip.
We are husband and wife, no kids, 1990 Range Rover, trip co-ordinator for a 4wd club.

I noticed that mistake last time and just di a cut and paste, repeating the mistake. Trip runs from April to May.

I see you are taking your time to enjoy it David as we did Inaminka to Tibbuburra via
bore track easily in 1 day due to time constraints but would have liked 2 days as there was a good
camp spot about 1/2 way along ( should have got a waypoint ) but will this year in MayRegards Bob

Yeah the wife and I decided we wanted to be relaxed and unrushed.
In addition, I once worked as freelance photojournalist I've done all kinds of stuff from the social impact of the war in Nicaragua to Mexico City earthquake to shooting and writing about World Championship/World Cup mountain biking and other cycling and I have always wanted to marry my love of photography and 4wd'ing by writing some articles, so I will need time for that aspect.

Know what you mean, Lex is into photography to so when we both go she is alwaya looking for photo ops so we take our time as 3 tonne of patrol + 1 tonne of camper don't stop real quick when she says quick stop so i can get a shot.Regards Bob
