Can anyone tell me their good or bad review re: these canopies? I have one on order for my new Colorado and honestly, the stuffing around I have had and continue to have over getting is is making me wonder if it is all worth it! They look great.....but if I put up with all this and they turn out to be rubbish I will be NOT HAPPY JAN!!

I purchased one for my LSU Demax last June. Purchased and had it fitted by opporsite lock 4wd store at Springwood
Brisbane. very happy with the canopy, certainly a quality finish, should have got the 2 open out windows instead of 1 open out and a slider. Yes I to
had issues with pricing and supply but worked out in the end. Contact Steven Smith account manager on 0448003211 or 0287955350 for assistance. I also was interested in a fibreglass canopy also made in Thailand and very simular to the Sammitr but a little lighter
distributed by Caddy storage www.utecanopies.com.au they were very helpfull but unfortunately I would have to wait 8 weeks for shipping in the colour I was after whereas Sammitr allready had a red in Aus.
Cheers

Thanks Killer. Seems like OL come with nation-wide issues re: pricing and supply (?) Is Steven Smith a/c manager for Sammir or OL? Is the weight of steel canopy an issue? Thought it might make it travel a bit better with a bit more weight over
the tub(?)

Steven Smith works for Sammitr. yes they are quite heavy but it seems to give my DMax a better ride, would be even better if the canopy had a wipper on the back door.

Yes, would have thought that any dual cab ute would travel that bit better with more weight on the back. Not sure that I will miss the lift up windows as only need air-flow for the dawg. Will be contacting S Smith if OL continue to give me grief and poor custimer service! Cheers. Sounds like it might be worth the wait and all the BS!

have you had a look at the Razorback canopies, they are made from steel as
well, we have one on order for our new Ford
Ranger, around $3300.00 plus fitting and an extra $160.00 for central locking, hope this helps,
Ken

They are the same canopy, sold in Australia as Razorback.
