HI All,
I have just purchased a VMS gps with on and off-road mapping. The on-road stuff is easy enough to get my head around and get working.
What I am really looking for is a reasonably easy resource to help me get my head around the 2 off-road mapping products it came with. It's got OziExplorer and the iTopo mapping software and I am looking for a tutorial/s or training on how to get the best out of these pieces of software. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi ChrisK,
We've got the VMS in-dash model. I think there's some tutorial videos on the VMS website (there used to be). We haven't used the offroad features and programming much at all, but just have it running whilst on the tracks. When we bought ours it came with the Hema maps, which was great for relating actual position to the various Hema paper copies we all had aswell.

I bought mine about 4 years ago and it came with a DVD/CD which has tutorials. I must it is not as user friendly as some smart phones which are out these days.
