We are leaving Perth sometime in April, to Cape York and back. We are also thinking 8 to 10 weeks.
The wife thinks 8, I think 10, we will see who is closest.

Just check that the roads are officially open or it can mean big fines. Especially after this incident last weekend: Cairns Post

Apart from being in the park when closed, how are they allowed to use quad bikes on DNPR roads? I was of the understanding these could not be registered, therefore not permitted on National Park roads. Is this incorrect?
