G day to all. I have ctek 7000charger to charge the aux. battery in the cruiser which run a 40 lt. engle an lights. Run of mains power when availible. All been good for 4 years, But now charger will not go to float mode with green light on. I thought it may have been dead battery but i have put a new battery in and still the same after being on all day. any help with this problem wood be great.

hi Macca , i had trouble with my ctek a few months ago ,rang Bainbridge Industries in
Brisbane gave them the serial no as i had bought it at the
Melbourne caravan and camping show 4-5 years ago not quite sure , had no proof of purchase, they checked ithe number and said it had 5 year warranty and it had a few months to go, sent it to them , Within a week had a brand new one delivered at my door . very good to deal with. here is the contact no... I think I would give it a bit more time before drawing any conclusions.
I assume you are just charging the battery and not drawing power from it at the same time.

THANKS GUYS. Looks like new battery needed a good charge . I put bigger charger on for about 4 hr. Then went back to the ctek , After 1hr went to float mode with green light on. Regards Macca.
