hi Macca , i had trouble with my ctek a few months ago ,rang Bainbridge Industries in Brisbane gave them the serial no as i had bought it at the Melbourne caravan and camping show 4-5 years ago not quite sure , had no proof of purchase, they checked ithe number and said it had 5 year warranty and it had a few months to go, sent it to them , Within a week had a brand new one delivered at my door . very good to deal with. here is the contact no... I think I would give it a bit more time before drawing any conclusions.
I assume you are just charging the battery and not drawing power from it at the same time.

THANKS GUYS. Looks like new battery needed a good charge . I put bigger charger on for about 4 hr. Then went back to the ctek , After 1hr went to float mode with green light on. Regards Macca.
