Anyone who has had suspension and in particular loading problems please contact us on this email as we are currently providing objective quality evidence to nissan that the suspension problems are design fault and need to be rectified at cost to the manufacturer.

Our email is ozykiwi@bigpond.net.au

Also the ACCC are hearing our case and are very interested in the current evidence for the car operating below its specified requirements. We currently have failed road-worthy certificates and suspension inspections so any equivalent information that people might have would be greatly beneficial.

Thanks again

I've not had any suspension problems with my 2008 auto D40 Tony and not heard of anyone else having issue either. My ute was part of a D40 recall for front suspension about 2 years ago but nothing other than that. You could try talking to the guys over on the D40 forum.
