Anyone help with transport suggestions to freight a caravan only from
Adelaide to
Katherine.

Hello Greg,
We sold our van in
Adelaide in 2012. The buyer was from WA. The buyer arranged transport by truck back to
Perth at a cost of around $3500.00.
I have been trying to remember the name of the companies concerned but no luck.
The woman who towed our van to their depot turned up with a landcruiser ute and was efficient, confident and thorough. Her firm was heavily involved at the time in transferring caravans from the
Adelaide caravan show at the
showgrounds to and from the salesyards etc. The LC vehicles were
well set up, looked impressive. and the hitchup ,inspection and transfer paperwork went smoothly and took about 20 minutes. It was obvious from the start that they did this work regularly.
Perhaps an enquiry to a caravan sales yard in
Adelaide may get you a result as to the firms name. Not much help without names I am afraid but my memory is not going to improve worse luck.
