getting rid of the taste of plastic

Hi,
I have purchased one of the back packs with water bladder in it but the water tastes of plastic.
What can I do to get rid of that taste.

Vinegar is the best,do it a couple of times with a strong mix then rinse
well. We left it twice overnight in the camper tanks

Fill it, add a couple of teaspoons of lemon juice and leave overnight. If you're preparing from a
home base a slice of lemon in your water jug for a few hours also usually helps when the water has a "taste". If that doesn't help fill it with vino :-)

Steriising tablets for baby bottles or denture cleaning tabs are good as
well.
