I tend to use
United Fuel Injection.

They are on Great Eastern Hwy in Rivervale, near the domestc airport.
Been around for years, I've never has a problem with them. Also they have a 4 x 4 Dyno so they can run and load up the car.
Just my opinion, others may know good diesel shops also.

I will second that,,they are very very good at what they do there. Is yours the D4D motor ? Toyota had a recall on some of those and may change them free..
