Drysdale River Station
Hi Everyone,
The
Kalumburu Road will be opened Friday 26 th April, as far as the
Mitchell Plateau turn off.
(It will not be opened from MP turn off through to
Kalumburu yet, it requires work.)
The
Mitchell Plateau Track ( Port Warrender Road) will also be opened right in to the
Mitchell Falls at the same time on Friday 26 th April.
So from today the road is open all the way to the
Mitchell Falls.
cheers, Anne

Hi Anne
I am interested in the track to Port Warrender itself- I guess we won't know until the first person goes there. If you hear of anyone getting there. I would love to know.

I'm guessing it will be rough and ungraded, but worth the drive.

Hi Colin,
No we take no bookings at all for either
camp area. Have a look at our web site on the camping page the reasons why are explained on there. Our site also has lots and lots of other info and links to most useful
Kimberley sites.
cheers, Anne
