Hi. I'd like to ride the Savannah Way from Bourketown to Borroloola. I've done the trip by car but the challenge of all those creek crossings solo is a bit daunting. Is anyone prepared to have a tag-a-long on a bike behind them. ...there may be other "mature age" bikies out there who'd like to share the experience. Departure would be anytime from now to August. Thanks. Golem

Thank you Stevo. I'm an old fart (67) and probably boring but we wouldn't be sitting in each others laps and a little company after a day chewing dust is always welcome. I ride a GS 1200 so I have complete faith in the bike's capabilities and, so far I've been accident free...but isolation and crocs tend to focus the mind on safety. At this time your date saeems fine...perhaps we could communicate a little closer to June. Let me know if anything changes your end and I'll do the same. Noel. Email. plantlife46@gmail.com
Thanks again.
