Hi, I am currently looking for a dinghy to go on my camper. we have a outback camper with a very solid roof rack that has had a 3.7 m stacer dinghy on top. I was looking at getting a 4m to 4.2m dinghy. has any one put a boat this size on top? how did it go?

Have a look at Cross Country boats they will probably fit within your weights.

I have a 4.1 Crossxcountry boat with a 15 hp Yamaha 2 stroke. It will do about 32 kph on flat water, and the hull with casting deck, bait tank, seats, etc weighs about 75 kgs. It is a great trailer topper, but soon when I get organised it will be in the
classifieds as I don' t need it as
well as a bigger boat. They are great for protected waters and rivers and worth a serious look.
