Can anyone tell me if six stud pattern 225 70R15 Rodeo wheels will fit on my trailer which currently has Toyota hubs running 265 70R16 wheels, I need to lower the height of the trailer. Thanks

Hi racinrob,
The wheels will fit the stud pattern but from memory the rodeo wheels have a deeper inset.
You would have to try them on the trailer to check clearances.

As mentioned it all depends on the offset of the rim. You don't say which rims they are as you have given tyres sizes which will lower the trailer but that offset can be as much as 68mm further inwards.

The rodeo have the centre inner face at +38mm towards the outside of the rim, where a 16 x 7 60 series Toyota rim is a negative 30mm inwards offset.

That inner clearance is the thing you will have to decide on as the axle may be hard up on one side and cause the inside walls to tear open.
