Hi all
The ISat phone is due for a recharge. Have had it for 2 yrs now- and when we got it the deal was $200/200units/2yrs. But this deal is no longer available.
Would ant Isat (Inmarsat) users have details of good prepaid deals?
We are casual users- call the kids a couple of time when out of Telstra range.
Also any updates on a one call 'emergency' contact (I know 000 is out ot the question).
Thanks
Wombat

Try Rob Martin at ClientSat. Have found him to be very helpful and knowledgable.

Hi wombat100,
just been thru same scenario my original deal of $80 for 100 units with 2 yr expiry just elapsed and I had to take out $120 for 100 units with 6 months. note if you renew before your old deal actually expiresyou will retain any unexpended units.
I also asked about suspending service and retaining number and was nformed that not an issue perhaps up to a year.
I will
check out again in October when current deal expires as i dont really use the phone over summer months and may let it drop until next winter.
dont now know who you deal with but interestingly TC comms was brought out by Immarsat recently so may be some changes.
cheers
Howard
