I was wondering if there is anybody out there on this wonderful and knowledgeable
forum that could explain or show me how to set up the above 37 litre fridge in the back of my Ford AU ute hoping someone can help.

A lot depends on just how you will be operating........ are you frequently on the move so that your battery gets replenished, or are you camped for extended time?
A good starting point is
John's blog on
Electricity for Camping, here. This will enable you to determine if you need to add a second "auxiliary" battery and more.
Then for the actual wiring diagrams you will find information in our "Articles Section" on the blue bar at the top of this page. Look under "Power & Electrics" > "Caravan & Camper Battery Charging". Although it doesn't specifically deal with wiring a ute, the same information as a camper can be used.
