forum you gets many warnings of suppliers ripping you off and/or giving bad service.
Well here is a change, someone who gives great service.
I wanted a pressure water pump for setting up in my 4WD. I got onto eBay and found just what I wanted and made the purchase. It arrived within 2 days but the clear plastic filter cover had a crack in it. I took a photo and sent it to the supplier and within 24 hours I had received as a replacement a complete new pump. To say I was gobsmacked is an understatement. We can only wish that more supplies would give such excellent service. Now I have to find a spot to store my spare pump. With an eBay
feedback of 99.5% this great service seems to be the norm for them. So you are they?

didn't they request that the pump with the broken filter be returned to them
seems a little bit out of the ordinary especialy with ebay
if not you now have 2 for price of one and spares to boot
except for one part

I recently bought a motorbike hoist of this mob , shock horror , now it has a warranty
problem they won,t reply to any emails , the office girl says she hasn,t seen any emails !!! she gave me the owners mbl no an shock horror he won,t answer it either .
good customer service NOT !! when you read some of the unhappy customers
comments now I know what they are like

You must be one of the lucky ones.
I have never had any luck with them,won't answer e-mails,won't give info on the phone and they don;t seem to know much about the products they sell.
I have given up trying to purchase from them.
